Super Pan II® Stainless Steel Pans
• Pans are constructed of 22-gauge stainless steel to resist rust and corrosion.
• Reinforcer® corners won’t bend and will withstand more impact than ordinary pans.
• Coved corners make scooping easier and allow for easy clean-up.
• Anti-jamming design keeps pans from sticking together when stored.
• Flat edges keep pans tight in steam table well to seal in heat.
• Optional covers have reinforced edges and fit securely to prevent spills during transport.
Knock-Down Aluminum Universal Pan Rack
• Easy clean bar supports 3-1/4" wide pan slides.
• Holds 18" x 26" half and full sized sheet pans by the base of the pan.
• Holds steam pans by the lip of the pan.
• Strong and durable aluminum will not rust. • Easy assembly, ships “knocked down”.
• Includes 5" casters.
