An economical alternative to wood surfaces.
• Made of sanitary polyethylene with a reversible slip-resistant pebble finish that won’t dull knives.
• Surface will not absorb odors – clean with soap and water.
• USDA requires that all boards can be removed by a single worker and measure no larger than 1-1/2' x 5' in size.
• Select from three thicknesses, sold per square foot.
